I saw an email today.... from ninja. Yea... and the contents just makes me found out the fact that there are ppl in this world who are so free. . .
Here goes the story :
Last week....
I was as usual doing my job and this particular customer came.
I smiled at her and she just stares.
Okay.... she had a bad day, not her fault.
Then i have not even spoken and she said harshly : 是这里拿的啊？！
Then i of course say：Yes
But to not my surprise ....the date says 20th october which by the way is not even the date yet!
Collect what? AIR.... feel free to.
I told her : Sorry you cannot colllect the netbook cos we got not enough stocks cos your date here says that its in oct not sept.
She said in a harsher tone: What?! That means cannot collect ah?!
Me: Yea, you cannot collect cos not enough.
She: Cannot collect then i cancel the subscription lor
I wrote down the number and told her: This is the number that u can call :)
She is angrier cos she thought she could threaten me about it....
She: What?! That means i canyt collect?!
Me (For the third time) : No mdm cannot, sorry
Then she scold : STUPID
I was so fed up cos of the customer crowd that day and me and li ting were so busy cos that Vase was sitting there doing slowly..
I : Likewise (I should have scolded 'u then is ...' instead)
Then she heard me and she scolded: YOU STUPID GIRL
I : Look who's talking
LOL. You can find me very sarcastic. LOL. so dont piss me off ok? I wont beat you lah... just sour u to death... lol
Yea and she complain , demanding an apology, FOC delivery , and report to case. LOL
Helolololo do you have any evidence that i scolded you st**id? She said i did in the mail.
No evidnce then pls go home ....
My manager rejected the FOC delivery and told her to come down tmr but she refused and authorised someone else instead.
My manager told her that his staff will never scold ppl stu**
Which is quite true cos i never say that word in any of the sentence.
The 'likewise' and 'look who is talking' wasnt meant for her. Did i say it was? No right
She has customer rights i have humans rights. EVen my miku has animal rights
I could really show my machoooooonesss if she wants.... but i dont want. You got to be my best friends to see me machoooonesss.....
