I saw an email today.... from ninja. Yea... and the contents just makes me found out the fact that there are ppl in this world who are so free. . .
Here goes the story :
Last week....
I was as usual doing my job and this particular customer came.
I smiled at her and she just stares.
Okay.... she had a bad day, not her fault.
Then i have not even spoken and she said harshly : 是这里拿的啊？！
Then i of course say：Yes
But to not my surprise ....the date says 20th october which by the way is not even the date yet!
Collect what? AIR.... feel free to.
I told her : Sorry you cannot colllect the netbook cos we got not enough stocks cos your date here says that its in oct not sept.
She said in a harsher tone: What?! That means cannot collect ah?!
Me: Yea, you cannot collect cos not enough.
She: Cannot collect then i cancel the subscription lor
I wrote down the number and told her: This is the number that u can call :)
She is angrier cos she thought she could threaten me about it....
She: What?! That means i canyt collect?!
Me (For the third time) : No mdm cannot, sorry
Then she scold : STUPID
I was so fed up cos of the customer crowd that day and me and li ting were so busy cos that Vase was sitting there doing slowly..
I : Likewise (I should have scolded 'u then is ...' instead)
Then she heard me and she scolded: YOU STUPID GIRL
I : Look who's talking
LOL. You can find me very sarcastic. LOL. so dont piss me off ok? I wont beat you lah... just sour u to death... lol
Yea and she complain , demanding an apology, FOC delivery , and report to case. LOL
Helolololo do you have any evidence that i scolded you st**id? She said i did in the mail.
No evidnce then pls go home ....
My manager rejected the FOC delivery and told her to come down tmr but she refused and authorised someone else instead.
My manager told her that his staff will never scold ppl stu**
Which is quite true cos i never say that word in any of the sentence.
The 'likewise' and 'look who is talking' wasnt meant for her. Did i say it was? No right
She has customer rights i have humans rights. EVen my miku has animal rights
I could really show my machoooooonesss if she wants.... but i dont want. You got to be my best friends to see me machoooonesss.....

Raining ------ its raining cats and dogs today... My mood was goweer not dampen... Thats because- i luv raining.
Its cooling and you feel warm under your blankets. No need to switch on the fan nor the air-conditioning.... saves electricity.
But i dont like the feeling of getting my feet wet... its uncomfortable and disgusting. I dont like that feeling. lol
And.... its itching like hell cos i recently have had so many mosquito bites. I need some soothing cream like MOPIKO. LOL
Today's 26th, and there's bound to be a lot of customers. Cos its the first day of another batch of redemption. Its ok if you guys come late.... really dont cramp around the area ok...
Encourage you guys..... to come late. and for thsose who are scheduled for 15th or 20th oct... pls come later cos the word 15th, 20th is there FOR A REASON!
And pls dont come here and make yourself so unreasonable. Like yesterday.... there's a customer who comes and he said that he looks like an idiot, standing there wanting to get the netbook which we cannot issue to him cos he came toooooo early.
LOL If he say he is being an idiot ... then MR. stop being one and go back! Come back on the 15th instead. lol

Yea....u guys know whats an irritant? Ever met one before? Me and Li Ting have, and is still with that irritant. She's a collegue and she basically aka a vase.
She just like to sit there, read her magazines and thats all! And fight the com with us. Thats right. Both of us are not be bias nor do we have any prejudice against her. Its just her actions that are so IRRITATING. So hard to put up with....

Its been a week of work... and im utterly bored! Its either the same phrases or the same movement that i am saying.... : You wanna upgrade your netbook?... You wanna buy an external optical drive cos your netbook has got no int ....
I am like a recorder. And tmr's sat = alot ppl.
We came to this conclusion solely because these past few days were just simply crowded. like i never have a chance to really stare into blank. They all comes in one or two constantly. so never had good rest. Mayb im compliant alr... cos we had been slacking last week. and all the cust thought/ decided that this week is a good time to torture us.
i really am so looking forward to 25th.... me and li ting will luv that 25th....

Some one wants to kill me and li ting! What's wrong with him?
There was a customer who comes and the address did not tally with the one on her IC. Well, we were doubtful but in the end we allow. He overheard us and say: Of course lah! If your dont let me have it, i am gonna kill both of u! "
He didnt smile or laugh or anything and both of us were like stunned.... WHats wrong with him?!
LOL
Another one.... you know what? She was being authorised to come collect for her friend. SHe gave me a Birth cert of her friend's. Who in the world would bring that?! LOL. Then we cannot give it to her cos we need to confirm if can issue anot and you know what she did? She threw her friend's documents in front to prove that she is really collecting for her friend.
When i say documents - they are - GCE 'O' LEVEL CERT, INCOME TAX.
Luckily we give her alr.... or else she's gonna pull her friend out of her handbag. LOL
Its like....... she can bring so many things why can;t she bring her friend's copy of the ID.? LOL
some just wanna go the extra mile
There's another customer.... who comes in wanting to upgrade the RAM. Insisted that she can upgrade to 2 GB RAM. HELLO! The on u getting is netbook ok so no need. She insist but still walk away without upgrding lol
The other one ----- shock of the life.
He came early and i told him.... Cannot collect.... so sorry. Then he say : SH*T! F**K!
He is really ............ LT is so angry.... LOL

Me and Li Ting are simply watching ppl walking here and there.... all apparently busier than i am. Why ? Anyone pls entertain me. haha.
We had really ran out of ideas to entertain ourselves.
Juts recieved a news.... for those who come early for their redemption, instead of having to go back, they can collect it now! Yea!!!!
Might as well tell me next month..... now then telll. You know how many customers had given us a lecture?! Fine.... anything. Since we are all so used to it LOL.

Wow, its saturday and we had expected more ppl to come redeem the netbook. Yea right, there's really no crowd... at all. Only a few here and there and its really quiet round the warehouse. Its sat and what u expect? LOL, ppl stay at home...or go out...
Sighs.... just bored... really! Play Bingo, tic tac toe, and the striking out sticks games. LOL nothing better to do right? yea.... except nervous about exam results. Its coming and that LI TING is forever counting down and reminding me. Thanks man... i didnt subscribe for that service. haha
yea. as usual.... got early comers.... what do i say? I cant issue u the netbook cos u came too early... the in-thing now is to be late. haha (wah... very cold....)

This is the fourth day! haha .... me and li ting managed to tahan so long. stil got more to go! haha
well , the customers today are as little as the breeze today. and today is very hot, a.k.a no wind = not many customers. Should have brought our fly bat. so can keep on patting flies. haha
well hang on, im not encouraging ALOT ppl to come ok? haha
you know, ppl are like that.. too busy = complain. to free = complain.
Well, a big surprise today.... i saw my PRIMARY school friend. Hey, if you are reading you know im talking about u . LOL. That sounds weird. But pretty glad to see familiar faces now and then. And when you meet ur pri school mates, u can't help but recall how they look like in their primary school. haha. and then you will compare. LOL kinda cute. Really amazing how much we had grown....

anyway, got one customer she came. Its her hushband's laptop tp redeem but she was authorised to do it lor. but... never bring her hubby's ID. Scold scold lor.... then she want to leave but pause a while... then turn back ( probably think haven scold enough) and cont. to complain.

2) ' Your Hor, cannot bend the rules?' -- No sir.... rules are not rubber band...
3) ' eh eh eh, you just release the goods to me and i wont tell anyone ok? ' --- sorry sir, but i will tell....
4) ' aiyo... ppl (other broad band line) so flexible, so good, why your like that one? ' --- You can call the hotline to cancel the subscribtion, i give u the number now.

Well, when my hair was almost ready in the salon... my second sis say.... : looks like ramen.
Im shock! And later when she see the whole hair : Ahma!
Im so sad....
But when the hairdresser blow dry my hair... it looks kind of k=nice to me.LOL
expectation low. But its more curl then last time and i bet its gonna last longer.LOL
yay. I just am so happy with it.
Went to the world food fair yesterday. Bought a lot of stuff and ate alot of food. Welll.... thats my sole purpose on going right? heheh.

Yea! Its finally EMD Befrienders day. LOL. I went alone today, on my first day, and i was so darn nervous! Li Ting... you must rest well cos dont be sick next week! Or you gonna get it from me. LOL. Just empty threats. HAHA
I reached NUH at 5 30, which was really quiet early. I couldn't loiter around as there is nothing for me to shop in a hospital right? With no choice left, i decided to go earlier. I was alone, did i mention it? That is because my friend is sick, and i couldn't bring myself to miss this very first volunteery work. Therefore, despite being very blur and nervous, i still managed to bring myself to NUH.
I had forgotten where the pantry and the locker room is. Well, as a result, i turned a big round and made such a big detour. Well, i eventually got to my destination and started my volunteery work so none of that 'getting lost' thing matters. :)
Once equipped with the volunteery tag and courage, i approach one of the lady that was sitting at a corner. She seems to be lonely and tired and i was afraid i might get rejected in the end. Things turned out to be better than what i've thought. We started a conversation :) A good start and thats what i needed to start the first day as an EMD Befriender. :P
The most interesting conversation was with another lady. She made me realise that i should not be afraid of approaching ppl that seems to be unfriendly. She said: ' You will feel more contented if you were to be able to start a conversation with a person whom you thought you couldnt chat with, than to talk to someone who is already very friendly.'
This sentence really made me realise that i should be more friendly and bold, to talk to others whom i dare not speak to. This, then would be more interesting and meaningful. :) So i wont be shunning those that seems unfriendly :)
Quote of the day for me: Never think that helping someone is a form of losing out, at the end of the day, you might be the one person that stand to gain :)
