its break week! yay. can stay at home for ard two weeks. But next week got GEMS test

YesterdAy went to J8 for the training of the volunteery work. Saw tabby's malay guy. haha so funny man and such coincidence.
Really, he should have told tabby, mayb he stands a chance. right anot tabby? haha
anyway, my bones were going to break after carrying a 43kg bulky item. yup, u knw who u are hor. No need to spell it out. Its not u heavy lah. My bones weak can? Who can tahan to carry so heavy in such a crowded position. I nvr carry anyone before, except for my cousin and daw daw

Arrrr! my friend kws JY! So fortunate man. i wish i am also be able to knw him as a friend. haha
anyway, thurs is PTN and im looking forward to it cos after that can Go swimming. hehheh long time never go alr! haha
PS : although i also want to go kbox but i reckon swimming requires less funds haha

sian.....so long never post alr. cos too busy with lectures and work. post to cath this week and saw defibrillation the first day of the week. sighsss. today saw an AF ecg from poh leng and that guy is like only 20+ and he got this brucada syndrome which means sudden cardiac death.
its really like : hey it doesnt mean that you wont get any illnesses as long as you are young. really, heard a doc say that the youngest have bypass CABG is a 14y/o girl. Gosh.
must really watch my health. haha

just had pharmaco maths quiz. wouldnt say its easy.... just hope to get good grades for it after much studying
Quiz schedule is out and it spoilt my whole thursday mood when i recieved it. 3 modules + pharmaco. Its highly suspicious that they set it so closely to each other. Could it be that they think we can do it cos its too easy? I reckon im thinking too much. fat hope on that
how many sets of notes for now? around 10 i think. its crazy.
the hypertension notes from dr guna was too, as it is so ambiguous as to which would be in his area of tested objectives. almost everything looks important to me. exactly what would be tested is definitely unknown.... so we have to study all but i doubt that the clinical trials would be tested. if that were to be tested, i think they are sending the wrong quiz paper to us. Its for others studying statistics i bet.
But how could i expect them to be lenient to us? I would be full of gratitude just to hear them say everything in the notes would be tested and not everything out of the notes would be tested.
Its a boring day. Been on his notes for like hours. Trying to figure out everything. En ci's right. HTN is boring. but i like the drugs part. Its fairly understandable. Hope that it comes out :)
just think of relaxing later. Taxi premiere is tonight. not gonna miss it. Never.
perhaps i would just relax on this restless sunday afternoon. Having a slight headache as i come to think of another hectic week that is awaiting me to pass.

Today is a fun and fruitful day! Happy serving at tmx and ecg. It was really fun. Today at tmx got Ng and she was quite good, better. taught us quite alot and it was really interesting. At least i got to fulfil one session today with 7 cases but i wrote 3 because i have only exactly had 3 patients that i do hands-on and observation for the whole session. Anyway, its counted by sessions not cases so it ok. haha
anyway, lunch time was good. Fried rice was nice.... plus pocky for dessert. Then we went into the preparation room and one doctor seem to have forgotten to take his stethoscope with him during lunch time so you can guess that we were practically playing with it! We heard each other's heart beat, stomach digestion, swallowing of saliva and BP diastolic and systolic. Haha, it was really very funny!
After lunch was ecg. Was so damn nice too. Really fun. At first, me and kelly (tech) do slowly, then got alot patient like about 8 then we fasten up like machine. Then she very funny, the uncle was wearing his shoes and even before he had worn it, kelly opened the door big big and siganalled him to go out. haha. the scene was so damn funny. Then i tell her when one patient goes out: even before the door closes, another patient will come in.
true enough, another patient did came in! haha. she was like so amazed but agreed with me.
Then it was an inpatient with MRSA! OMG, its infectious bacteria disease and well, basically you have to be really careful. After the patient leave, kelly say : faster faster! wash your hands!
I was like: ya hor ya hor, faster wash with HIBI scrub.... the one that makes your hand dry and wrinkled.
Finally, no patient were left and we got to relax and chat. Almost everything... like her hair and i touched her hair and she ask: did you wash your hand?
I said no immediately.. haha .
She still scared the MRSA is still persisting. Haha
Then she ask me, got clean the electrodes, i say got
Got clean the wires, i say got
Got clean the machine, i say got
Then she ok...
Then i ask her, need to clean the floor?
haha she of course nearly punch me. haha
then she was making phone calls and thats the thing that she hates the most. she say its boring.
Yup, mayb but we are beginners so we think that its quite fun. However, i know that we might meet some patients who are really very non-cooperative. Haha. Today one, still ok. Very co-operative. haha
Anyway, me and sabrina started to make phone calls to patients coming for tmx echo. It was fun and entertaining and kelly was very happy when we finish calling the patients on the list. haha.
Then we started to look at the lotion brand and see which one is good for our sensitive skin and we found one 12.80 one not bad. At the pharmacy there. can consider buying haha.
Then we also talked about her hair cos her hair really very stylo. We laugh until ecg room a bit noisy. haha
really very nice and fruitful today haha :)

dont ask me why......... i have no idea what had happened to me. i am so totally not myself today and yesterday
Yesterday we were going to bugis to buy the ECG book and we were running late and the shop closes at 6pm. we had no choice but to rush and carry our heavy bags with us. Somewhere during the walk there, i went to cross the traffic light to the other side, thinking that i wam walking the correct way. However, to my amaze, my fel they all did not cross the road as there is no need! haha i am so blur
today, i woke up at 6 30am. I simply couldnt sleep any longer although my eyes are finally joining together now. I just could not sleep. So i jist woke up and did some revision. Simply to say, en ci's right-- ECG arent easy. Its so complicated and i tried reading the notes. Its really hard and very easy-to-sleep-while-reading-them. Tried. But i was really too tired. Then, at dinner which is outside, at Marsiling, while i was drinking my soup, i have a feeling that i might spill it, but i didnt. Then i had this weird feeling. I went to buy lemon tea and while msging en ci, i got distracted and acci spilled my drink. De javu huh. haha
and its all over the floor. really, i am simply too tired.
Just went to find some information on the assignment. Have to say that it wasnt really easy to find but i did tired so i found one or two good ones. luckily, but i have to confirm with enci to see if we were going to use them.
anyway, just have to continue to go find the infos so that we can complete our assignment as soon as possible. really very tired.
wonder sometimes, really, am i a machine? hae to work for five days and have to study too. for days 5 30am to 5 30pm. standing most of the time. have to study. have to prepare for test. couldnt slepp longer during weekends because alr used to waking up so early. tiring.....
just feel like sleeping for a whole day.....

heys! blogging today....hmmm just blogged on mon i think. so nothing much
was sick this morning. wasnt feeling so well cos got a bit fever. sigh. very sian.
but its wed so i must go school! miss school so much.
docs lecturers are so fast and quick that its quite hard to follow
