that its necessary to do more work than others. if your pay is higher, yes it's fair. But then, you would feel that you are underpaid, as the work overwrites your pay.

I try to help, but guess what? My help aint appreciated.
So.... just do my job and earn what i want. At the end of the day, its money that is important to me right now. Who cares if you like who?
